About the Provider
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a passion for creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and seen. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and completed my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University.
I believe that healing happens in connection and that every person has the capacity for growth and change within themselves. In my work, I support children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday stress. Together, we explore self-esteem, identity, emotional regulation, and the internal strengths that help you move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped as we work through challenges side by side. I strive to create a safe space where you can express your thoughts openly and without fear of judgment.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time in nature—things that help me stay connected and centered.
Reaching out for support takes courage. If you feel I might be a good fit, I’m here and dedicated to walking with you at your own pace.
